Another

While we were in California I was so tempted to go surfing. I did go boogie boarding on a few waves. Then I got pumeled by one huge wave. I was thrown against the ocean floor and felt like I was in a whirl pool. At that time I thought I shouldn't be boogie boarding. Why you ask... because I am growing a baby.

We are VERY excited! Alyssa knows that there is a baby in my tummy and sometime she kisses it. Today my friend came over with her newborn and Alyssa was obsessed with the baby and kept kissing his head. I am so excited to see her as a big sister! I am due Feb 27th. Next year is leap year so that would be crazy if the baby was born then. Alyssa and the baby will be exactly 3 years apart.

Is it me or do you show MUCH sooner with the second pregnancy.

I had some fun trying to get pictures of Russ and Noelle boogie boarding. The waves were very strong and kind of scary.

Disneyland/California Adventure

We went to Disneyland and California Adventure for one day. We went the entire day from 10 am to 10 pm. Alyssa was quite a trooper. I thought California Adventure was fun but I also liked to see Alyssa's excitement at Disneyland. We saw quite a few characters. In the pictures Alyssa looks scared but she was excited to meet all of them. We went on most of the kid rides except Dumbo (which she kept pointing too but the line was too long). She wore her Rapunzel dress and she thought she was so cool. We didn't get to meet Rapunzel because the line was over a hour!!! At California adventure they have some cool rides. The little mermaid was darling and Toy Store was fun. We stayed till 9 pm to wait for the World of Color. It was freezing but well worth the wait. It was an amazing light and water show. We all loved it, Alyssa slept through the whole thing.

Beach

The first few days in California it was just me, my mom, Noelle and Alyssa. Those few days all we did was go to the beach. Alyssa is a beach baby for sure. She loved playing at the beach. She never got tired of it. She jumped over waves, ran from the waves, made sand castle after sand castle, got buried in the sand, found shells. I am glad that she loved the beach because Russ and I love it!

California Vacations

We are currently in Newport beach California for a much needed vacation. So far our vacation has been filled with the beach. We love it. The beach is my favorite place on earth. I love that Alyssa love it as well. Here are a few photos.
