Welcome Baby Alyssa!!!

Well after almost 14 long hours Baby Alyssa Marie Potter made her grand apperance! Mom and baby are doing great, however, they are both very tired.  Above are some pictures for you all to see!

So far Ashley has been in Labor for 7 hours and is dilated to a four. She is having stronger contractions and they are about 2-3 minutes apart.

Going to the hospital at 6:30am to evict the BABY!!!

Hello to everyone! As you can see the baby on the right of the screen has disappeared.  So it is time to evict the baby from Ashley and have her join our adventurous lives :) We will be heading to the hospital in about 6 hours (6:30am) to start the fun induction process.  I will have my laptop and will be providing regular updates with video and pictures... Stay tuned!!!

The Ninth Month

Being a duplex,
I have been happy, my dear,
To loan you half the house,
Rent-free and furnished
As best I could.

You have been a good
Tenant, all in all,
Quiet, yet comfortably there,
Tapping friendly on the wall.

But I hear
You have outgrown the place
And are packing up to move.
Well, I will miss
The sweet proximity.
But we will keep in touch.

Due...

So today was my offical due date. Is there a baby in my arms, sadly NO. I am still waiting trying to be patient-which is very hard becasause 1-I want to see my baby and hold her, 2-I am very uncomfortable 3-I feel that I have been pregnant forever. I will be induced Monday March 9th if she still hasn't come on her own. I really hope that I do go into labor on my own, from what I know labor is much harder when you are induced. I am still working and will be until she decides to make her very anticipated arrival. Once she comes we will post pictures ASAP so don't worry everyone will know when she comes.
