Bear Lake

We went to Bear Lake for the 24th of July. I was so glad for a 3 day weekend and a quick get away. We have been so busy moving into the house, and my work in July is extremely busy and stressful, I really needed a get away. I will do a blog post about the house soon.
We rented a boat one day. Russ drove and we all had fun. We wake boarded, tubed and just enjoyed the boat. Alyssa really liked it. She even had her first tube ride. The whole time she was on the tube with me she was saying "Faster, faster". She loved the boat until she was sleeping (see picture below) and we hit a big bump and she smashed her head into the boat. From then on she kept saying "No bumps! Don't do that again!" We also went Jet skiing. Me and my mom took Alyssa with us. She liked it at first but then was afraid of the bumps and again kept saying "No bumps!" She lasted about 10 minutes. When we took her back to the shore. When we were in the harbor going 4 m/hr. She said "No bumps now Mommy, its okay" I hope she isn't traumatized for long. She got a little bruise on her check from hitting it so hard. I felt so bad. Other than that and getting the stomach flu she had a great trip. =)

Finally convinced my mom to try tubing. She insisted she didn't like it but then after she did it she said it was fun. Although her face doesn't show it in this picture.
